Here are just a few examples of custom pieces I've designed and made. If you want to modify an existing design, or want something completely new, let me know. I enjoy the challenge of unique designs and the satisfaction of making you exactly what you want.

This is the first in what I hope will be a whole series of lamp pulls with gorgeous handmade lampwork beads. This particular pair is for my lamp. *grin* |

Definitely more stylish than your average glasses chain. Made for my mum-in-law (she's way too sweet to call her a "mother in law"). |
||||||
My "nephew" (no blood relation - but I adore him anyway) is teething right now. He liked the stainless steel fringe on my jacket so much that I made him his very own chewtoy. It's droolable, it's shakeable, I think we have a winner!

Another wide claspless bracelet, this one with an edging of 6-in-1. This was a custom piece for a lady with very small hands - there's no way that would fit me! *grin* |

I like how this came out, but the stainless steel plate was a pain to work with. Expect to see similar designs in silver soon! |
||||||
|
This is a variation on my japanese niobium necklace. Add a color, change the shape a little, and hang a titanium drop from the middle. Voila! |

|
On the left you can see a picture of the original bracelet (lost long ago) and the bracelet that I made to replace it. There is no clasp on this bracelet. I made it exactly the size of her hand so that it just barely slips on. Five inches wide... I think I want one for myself! |

A friend of mine got married in July. I told her that I wanted to make a necklace for her as a wedding
present and I asked what she liked. "Silver and pearls" was the answer. On the right you can see her
looking stunning on her wedding day.

A favorite design in new materials. I will be offering all my designs in sterling silver and gold fill at some point, but Charles specifically requested this design, so he got the first one ever. |

Rebecca is a firedancer who wanted a chainmail bra for performance costume. Normally a chainmail bra is pretty straightforward, but Rebecca planned be extremely athletic in hers and she has D cups. This was a tricky project that came out pretty well. Let's just say that I'm glad I have an engineering background. *grin*

I owed Suzi a goodie of her choice for scanner help above and beyond the call of friendship. What she most wanted was a handflower with a compact japanese weave. Enjoy, Suzi! Hope you like it! |

I had the two bone skull beads and bought four sterling silver skulls to complete the bracelet. This is a one-of-a-kind bracelet made for a one-of-a-kind lady. I can get more of the sterling skulls, but I have no idea where I got the bone ones. |

Two large size dice bags with fringed, beaded tassles. Her color is teal, his is deep blue. |

This necklace was an experiment, trying out some new ideas I have. The chain is a size "tiny" bridcage, silver plated. The flat panels are gold plated. It turned out better than I expected and I may someday offer it as a standard item (especially if people express interest) but for now it's one-of-a-kind. |

I decided that it was high time I made something for myself. I had a purple velvet dress, a length of chain, and some eyelets. Mix them together, bake at 350° and this is what you get. |

Mishell, Bethany and Frédérique are in a bellydance troupe in the bay area. They'd been looking for
chainmail headdresses for their costumes when they met me. *grin*
They liked my basic headdress design, but wanted heavier chains (more visible for performing) with coins at the junctions. On the right, you can see how well the headdresses blended with their own jewelry. Frédérique (right) teaches tribal bellydance in Oakland. |

Fishnets are much more complex than I anticipated. The knee is just about impossible! But I'm quite happy with how they turned out. |

Rain came to my small table at Rakkasah this year. She picked up a
Natasha necklace and immediately held it to her forehead. It looked great! We played with the design a
little. I made the center triangle larger, attached it to her scarf, and she now has a flattering and
totally unique dance costume piece.
Rain also bought one of my bellydance belts. You can see her in all her finery on the right. |

Jenny liked the fringe choker, but wanted it in heavier chain, with a V-shape in front, and dripping with hematite. Mission accomplished! |
||||||

I made some earrings for a lady who wanted something "not quite so long". She liked the cluster pattern, so I just shortened the "stem" part a bit and she loved them. |
||||||

Someone saw the triangle centerpiece and thought that this was the obvious next step. A birdcage rope in size "tiny" with a pink niobium triangle. This is a great mix of different rings. |

Linda wanted top-to-bottom symmetrical earrings with brass rings and deep blue beads. |

Now a favorite necklace (and earring, and bracelet), this necklace started out as a gift for Natasha. Here you can see the first ever Natasha Necklace, on Natasha herself. |
